B.Arch is a developing field that needs interest and passion. It is a very interesting field for creative students. Colleges that take admissions purely based on JEE Mains Paper 2 score are very few. And they require a score more than 280 or a rank below 1000. You can ofcourse go for it. You can also apply for your state counselling if your state considers Paper 2 marks, and can get a good college within your state.
