Firstly OC category are not eligible for  fee reimbursement  provided note that if your paternal income is below 2 lakhs you fall under economically backward class i.e EBC under OC Then you are eligible for fee concession 

futher let me add that as you are AP student so you need to submit you both your caste certificate if you fall under oc (EBC) AND income certificate for telegana MRO
