Hello,

There might be some technical glitch from the server side. May be server is slow or down for which you are not able to see the proper result in the webpage. Many students are practicing daily which increases user crowd. if it cross-over the user limit then server starts to slow so that it can provide service. if it gets overload then it stops and gives error page.

close if you are getting wrong data. open it after some time and check if it is updated. if you still seeing error then you can visit the helpdesk for NTA support team and ask them to help you out.

On the part of download, it depends on network and bandwidth. There is no way to handle net data speed. you have to wait until it gets loaded completely.

Hope it helps!
