sir i got 121234 AIR and 34812 (OBC-NCL) rank in JEE Main. But i get only 55.6 in Assam board result. can i get any good central university.

Brother it seems like you are not applicable for any college through jee main/josaa counselling. Go for private ones or assam cee.

You can try in private colleges. You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.
