It is very difficult to get NIT, IIIT and other colleges with a rank of 153526. You can try writing other state competitive exams to get into colleges such as RV, KIIT, VIT, SRM, BIT and others. You can also write various college entrance test to get into their colleges. If you want a specific seat with lower rank you can try through management quota.
