You havent mentioned your Category. But with this score, to be honest, a seat in All India Counselling is difficult owing to higher cut offs. You may have a chance if you belong to SC/ST Categories but not if you belong to General/OBC Categories. You might get a seat in your State Counselling. But again it depends on the State abd Category you belong to . This score can get you a seat in states like UP, West Bengal, Assam even under General Category. But in States like Rajasthan and Delhi, this score is lesser for OBC Category as well. You can use our College Predictor services to check your options:

Your marks are good but because of increasing competition the rank is lowered.
Don't loose hope.
But I am afraid that you won't get a mbbs seat via all India quota,considering you to be of general category.
You have chances in state quota.
