sir I got less than 75% marks in my plus two exam in 2019 and applied for improvement in 3 subjects. Now my question is what to mention in application form for jee main 2020 as appearing or appeared or there is any column for mentioning improvement.

As per the latest information I am having you have to mention passed in application form though it will show your low percentage. If it gets improved then you can show it at the time of counselling but not now. Your improvement results are not came yet though you can't mention appearing.
