Dear Aswin,
Your CRL is not good enough to get into premier colleges like NIT, IIT or BIT MESRA. But you should attend the josaa counselling and you might get some lower nits in 7th round. There are some private colleges which offers B.Arch like KIIT, Chandigarh college of Architecture, Sharda University and many more, you can give them a shot.
