I am hoping that you are absolutely fine. As per your mentioned query, you are not eligible to do the engineering as you are from pcb background. As per the eligibility criteria of the engineering course , candidate must have passed their class 12th with physics, chemistry and mathematics as a compulsory subjects. But you have done your class 12th with biology so you can do bsc , mbbs and so on. You can give the NEET exam for the admission.
