When it comes to the eligibility criteria for UGC NET, it states that candidates are required to pass master's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university with 55% aggregate, in case of reserved categories there is relaxation of 5%, hence to answer your question with MCA degree if you meet the aggregate factor as well, you can appear for UGC NET, in case of JRF the upper age limit is 30 years though in the official notification of December 2020 it was further extended by one year that is the upper age was 31 years, and in case of lectureship there is no upper age limit.
