Hello there,
You haven't mentioned the site for which you are facing this problem.
However , I would suggest you to check for following things:
1) Check your mail once for the password. As, many sites send your username and password to your mail I'd when you create account there.
2) You can create new account by using another email and phone number.
3) Try for forgot password option on the screen if available.
