As per the 180 marks mentioned by you in Feb shift your percentile varies between 99.45- 99.57 your General rank between 5003 - 3932. On 127 marks mentioned by you in March shift your percentile varies between 97.81-98.25 your General rank between 20164 - 16084. There is a very less chance you can get any government college .
