Hello,
The cutt-off percentile for PwD category in 2019 was 0.11 percentile. And seeing from that , your percentile is quite good and so you have good chances of getting into NITs. I surely cannot tell you might get CS branch or college IIFPT but you can get NIT college for other branches. For IIFPT college last year the cutoff went till rank 8000 for SC category.
To know exactly you can apply for JoSAA councilling and see what branch and college you can get.
