You have nothing to worry , attend your counselling properly.
Contact your school to change mother's name in your 12 th class. They may ask you to write an application , write that it will be changed.

i paseed clas 12 th in 2017 now is 2018 they said that as per cbse norms no change can be made after one year. does i have to make a ffidavit for counselling

Dont worry , mother's name has not that much role to play .
When you go for your document verification , ask them about the same .
They will guide the way.
