Looks like you are really scared now but think will that surely help you? But the rank that you may have got is a little lesser to aim for really good IIITs and GFTIs as you did'nt mention your rank. I genuinely see the efforts you would have put in making your dreams fulfilled and now you must be really tensed.. Its okay. Using the link above,you can compare colleges and decide carefully before taking up one. If you are very sure with taking up CSE,I would always advise to take it even in decent colleges and ultimately work hard for your future.Feel free to ask doubts,if any.

With this score in jee 2019 you cannot get any chances to step into any reputed colleges.

As with a low score you cannot get admission into any nits , iiits or GFTIs as they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.

And rest colleges are of no worth .
So either you take part in any other councelling process or take a year drop to  prepare for jee 2020.
Or you can even take admission into any private institute like srm or lpu .
