Inorder to fill the application form for JEE mains you can fill the correct details which is in either your 10th or 12th marksheet and on the other marksheet which don't have the correct details for that you can directly reach to the officials of CBSC. They will definitely help you for this issue.

If the details which are matching are minor, then you don't need to worry. Fill the form according to the details which are correct.
