Hello Manish!

With this score and SC category you may probably get lower NITs in the spot counselling process. Before that there isn't any chance for seat.

You can surely get seat in govt. Funded colleges called GFTIs.

They are-

GGU Bilaspur

HNB GARHWAL

TEZPUR UNIVERSITY

GKV HARIDWAR.

You will definitely get a seat there.

Also try to see the college website for local counselling notice.

Mil jayega.... jo college ka naam likha hai na maine wo saare Central government ke college hai.... un sab mein local level pe counselling hoti hai..... aap website check karte raho..... notice niklegi... form submit kar dena....
