As nits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
Either you take part in any other councelling process or take admission into any reputed leading institute with your desired branch.

thanks for asking your query as per your rank and performance in jee mains 2019 you could not get seat in any college through the counselling of josaa because you rank is too low to secure seat therefore i would suggest you to look for other good colleges with nice placement.
