You mentioned that you belong to the OBC category. So you will get some benefit from it. If 43500 is your CRL rather than your category rank then yes you have chances of getting a seat. If 43500 is your category rank then it's too difficult. With 43500 CRL you may get the medium and lower ranked NITs in the special round. Not much seats remain vacant and everyone compete for those less number of seats so getting good college is difficult.
