Good chances for following colleges under RCG quota:

Darbhanga college of engineering for electronics stream
Gaya college of engineering Mechanical
Motihari college of engineering for Mechanical
Loknayak jaipraksh institute for Mechanical stream.

But today I saw in newspapers that they filled 4919 seat out of 5089.will second counseling take place or not
