sir, my upsee rank is GN-8386 GL-3661 in b.tech bio tech can i get any gov college with this rankb ?

Yes you can get a government college on this rank in B.Tech Biotechnology but you have to wait for the counselling process. However one is not sure to get a government college but a good private college is guaranteed.
