See success is very personal. For some just being able to study after school is also a successful step and for some even after attending several government colleges is also not enough.
So try to set a goal and get a good college. Even if one fails to bag a good seat in the government college, there are various private universities which offer the same course and good and proper academics along with other co-curriculum.
