Sir please say the minimum percentile and rank for obc candidate to get seat in any nit to do civil engineering

Hi vinay ,
See for any obc candidate to get civil engineering in any reputed nits so he or she had to score a percentile more than 98 .
But if I consider lower nits like northeast nits so if you score a percentile upto 97 then though you can get civil engineering branch.
