    Hello!

    Hope you are doing well.

    Yes, you can use your certificates downloaded from DigiLocker for passport verification. The DigiLocker certificates are valid as documents as per IT Act of India. The issued documents in DigiLocker system are deemed to be at par with original physical documents as per Rule 9A of the Information technology Rules.
