Dear based on previous year ranks i am sorry to say but it is not possible to get a govt. agriculture college at that rank.The cut off generally lasts for upto 500.So,at 718 rank it is quite impossible to get govt. agriculture college.You can still hope for the best and should look after some of the other private colleges there.
