You are elligible for JEE ADVANCE,but your score isn't enough to fetch NITs or IIITs.For NIT SURAKTAL under HS QUOTA and OBC QUOTA you need more than 95 percentile.Your rank is too low for NIT SURAKTAL.

The percentile you got is 84% and it is good score but I can say that NITK suratkal required more percentile one thing I can say that you will not match with this cutoff of nitK
