For joining iit it is compulsory to finish +2 ie 11 and 12 or 1st pu and 2 nd puc
You can join class 11 then class 12 after that you could join IIT
There is another way you could join lateral entry diploma because you have done ITI the diploma course would be of 2 years after which you can apply for IIT.
