There are a few universities that require the character certificate and migration at the time of admission for the reference and the confirmation that you have opted in for the university fairly.At the time of submition of the application and deposition of money you will have to submit these documents so keep in touch with your school and ask them about these documents,which would soon be given bt them to you.
