It depends at what level you want the job. If it is for schools then you have to apply when vacancies are published and you have to pass teachers eligibility tests. If it is for a college, either you search and locate a college with vacancy and approach them. To enter any school you should have Bachelor of education (B.ed)Degree, same universities across india are providing such degree on the correspondence too, or you can have other courses like Basis training certificate (BTC) Diploma in education (D.ed) ,teacher training certificate (TTC) These will help to get teaching job .

You can also approach inter university board in Patna or Bihar public service commission.
