The Application form don't have District Domicile with select option. So we could not be able to submit the form. Kindly Help.

You didnt specify the exam. I think I have received an email from you. I have replied to that. My advise to all NATA applicants is that please clear the browser cache and cookies before attempting to register and fill the NATA application form. It is a terrible experience otherwise.
