CSA = $π \times r \times l$ , where

According to the question.
⇒ CSA = $π \times r \times l$
⇒ $44 = \frac{22 }{7} \times r \times 7$
⇒ $r = \frac{44}{\frac{22}{7} \times r \times 7} = \frac{44}{22} = 2$
Hence, the correct answer is 2 cm
