Hey!There
This year pattern has been changed by NTA.Only 75 questions will be asked out of which 15 questions are integer type and rests are multiple choice questions Generally JEE MAINS questions are formula based,most of questions can be solved in 4-5 lines if you are good enough in concepts and formulae.10-15% questions are lengthy type which consumes time though that can be solved in given time interval if concepts strike at that time.50-60% questions are formula and theory based which you can solve easily..

Hello dear aspirant,
There is not any kind of long answer or short answer type questions in jee mains examination.
There will 20 be multiple choice questions with single correct and 5 integer type questions in each of the three subjects
However questions may be divided into three category easy, medium and hard according to the difficulty level.
