there was an option to download confirmation page after neet phase 2 registration, but there is no detail of phase 2. how do i know that i have successfully registered ??

If the confirmation page is generated then consider that you have filled NEET UG Second phase application successfully and submitted it, so you do not have to worry about it. You need to save and download the conformation page for future reference. You do not have to fill the second phase application again.
