it might be due to technical issue. may be data base has not got updated or server is busy to update it. it should have get restored after 1-2 hour. as you have mentioned, it has not changed then you have to visit the help desk of the organizing body.

they will get to know the error and report it to the support team for the webpage. they will instruct you and say what has to be done next.

write a mail or make a call on the toll free number soon.
