Hello aspirant, 

It is illegal to get admission in college through donation, but you can get admission through management quota legally. Most of the private colleges allows 50% of reservation for State government Quota students in low fees through entrance exams and also allows students to join via management quota seats by paying donation. 

I'll suggest you not to give any donation and take admission through merit. Hope you understand for any further queries please feel free to ask.
