Hello Deepthi,
Sorry to say but you will not be able to write JEE ADVANCED in 2020 but you can give JEE Mains.

Hi ! Yes, you can attempt because there is a limitation of only three times. Still you have only given two times this exam, so you are eligible to give it for third time provided you have well proofs with you. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
