You need to qualify the cutoff of MMMUT by adding your JEE marks in the form and if you've satisfied the marks then your form will be submitted and checked for further document verification and then you'll have to pay the fees and your admission will be confirmed or else if you fail to satisfy the cutoff marks, your form won't be submitted and will be disqualified then and there itself.
