I will suggest you to go with the option HINDUSTAN UNIVERSITY , Chennai that has the more importance in the feild of Aeronautical engineering and Aerospace engineering domain. It holds the good ranking as well in these domain after IIT / NIT. So i think you should go with it by it's entrance exam.
