what are the chances of getting desired branch in desired college in 2nd round of mp dte mtech counselling if i do not participate in 1st round?

Hello,

It is very difficult to predict the chances of getting seat in a desired branch because seats are allotted based on candidate's preferences, merit rank, category and seat availability. In first round definitely few seats will be filled and getting a seat depends on your rank, category and preference. The options which are open in round 2 after round 1 are less compared to the first round of counselling. Unless you have a decent rank and belong to reserved category it is difficult to get seat in a desired branch and college. Also it does not mean that you cannot get seat in a desired branch and college it all depends on the above mentioned factors
