There is a rules for private PG Medical colleges where before admission on the behalf of alloted college student has to deposit one year tuition fees and also submit a bank guarantee for admission in MD and MS  specialisation in gynecology and obstatics  courses. As SMS Medical College Jaipur I e. swai Mansing.Medical College is a Government Medical College where this system is not introduced. Only private PG Medical colleges are in the system of depositing 1 year tuition fees and a bank guarantee for students alloted college for admission in MD and Ms courses.
