Dear Aspirant,
MBA in IIMs have the same syllabus for first year students and most of the students select their specialization only after they get into IIM and after talking to seniors there and after getting a hinge of what they want to do post MBA.
The specialization are as follows:
- Marketing
- Finance
- International Business
- HR
There are some other specialization depending upon the institute, however, these are the most popular branches.
