Yes, you can change the uploaded fingerprint in your NEET application form. But this can be done only if the initial fingerprints uploaded have some problem (do not meet all the requirements). If it is so, then NTA will send you a mail regarding correction of fingerprints, then only you will be able to change your uploaded fingerprints during the correction window. If NTA does not send you any mail regarding this, then you can expect that the uploaded fingerprints are correct and are not required to make any correction in that and also, in that case you will not be able to change the fingerprints.
