Hello Anjani, you have pretty decent rank and your percentile is also good just though your rank is not that good but still it is accepatable. And as per your query wheather your are eligible to get a seat into a ugeac according to me you have pretty good chance of getting a seat in ugeac but do keep some other college as a backup plan.
