It will be based upon your all India rank. There will be no separate discussion pr interview round is conducted for admission. It has three rounds , the first two rounds of counseling are web based, whereas the third round is called spot round aspirant need to appear physically at the counselling centre allotted to them.

Most probably you will not call for the 3rd if you have been not selected in the 1st and 2nd rounds.
