Well the management quota seats of private colleges in Karnataka are to be filled by state quota counselling. Since that you do not have a domicile of karnataka you will have to apply for B category seats which means you will have to directly contact the colleges for admissions. And the fees in these colleges won't be less than 40 lakhs.
