generally in any examination candidate required to carry his passport size photograph same as in application form only if it is mentioned in the admit card. so you don't need to worry about it .it will be  clearly mentioned in your admit card of neet examination that you have to carry your passport size photo or not in your exam centre.

• Printout of NEET admit card
• A passport size photograph (as uploaded on NEET application form)
• A valid ID proof like Aadhar card etc
• PwD certificate (if applicable)
