There is no as such time limits for contacting the personell or any officials. You may contact any time and you may even mail them because it officially doesn't require any kind of formalities so you would definitely be getting a mail reply back soon from them. Good luck!

We understand your concerns. But, you are given a specific date to visit the allocated institute for the freezing of seats, after the seat allocation of seats once the counseling takes place. There is no time periods. A day is given and you are supposed to register the seat.
