This problem is raising because you might have forgotten your login credentials and you are entering the incorrect details. You can get you application number from the e-mail Id which you have submitted at the time of registration and for password you can click on forgot password option.

If this issue persists and your credentials are correct then you have to contact the competent authorities responsible for this.
