Let me break this down for you:

• while filling  the NEET UG 2020 application form, you need to upload a passport-size photo. This one needs to be a scanned copy in .jpg or .jpeg format. The size of the file needs to be between 10 Kb and 200 KB. The background should be white and your face should cover 80% of the area in the photo. Your ears should also be clearly visible.
• You also need to carry a physical copy of a photograph called a post card photograph to the examination center while answering your NEET paper. This one should be the same photograph as the one uploaded. its dimensions should be 4 x 6 inches. You should write your name, NEET Roll. number and your application form number behind the photograph. It will be collected by the invigilator after  the examination is over. You are also advised to keep a few extra copies handy for the process of counselling which will be held after the results are out.
• Live Photo means that you will have to upload a photo of your self while filling the application form for NEET by posing in front of the webcam. The details of this procedure will be released by the NTA at a later date.
