When do the forms for different entrance exams come out? How would I know about their date? What is the procedure? What if I miss it?

First of all for what background you're asking? Whether its engineering , medical , law , commerce or managment ?.
1.Engineering- There are multiple entrance exams for this stream and it varies whether you prefer for going in government college or private. For government you can fill JEE MAINS form , this year they are conducting two times, the first one is done in the month of Jan whereas the second one is going to be conduected in the month of April . And for private they are out in different dates , some of the reknowed private engineering colleges are BITS PILANI (BITSAT), VIT(VITEE),MANIPAL(MIETEE) etc. Mostly they are out in the month of march or last week of feb.
2. Medical- For medical you have to apply for NEET(UG),AIIMS(UG),GIPMER or some state medical colleges.
3.Commerce- SRCC, CHRIST UNIVERSITY, DU.
4. LAW- you can give CLAT to get admissions in mutliple governemnt run law colleges
5.Management- IPM IIM INDORE(IPMAT+PI), BENNETT UNIVERSITY OR CAT.
